After a decision that we needed a new cooker grew into a new kitchen we followed what is probably the normal route. We trawled round Wickes, Magnet and Tesco (yes they do kitchens). Saw some excellent products and received service, quotes and designs of varying quality. But nobody who wanted to do the whole project as we were taking down a wall between the dining room and kitchen. Because nobody had filled us with confidence we were in two minds about how to proceed. During this time I searched on the internet and found CCI and called them just on the ‘off chance’ but thinking to be honest CCI would be too expensive. Spoke to Trish and explained our project and I was told that she would like to offer a design and would be happy to take on the whole project. So with the previously stated reservation about cost we arranged an appointment. We found it so refreshing that Trish did not want to know what others had designed, just what we wanted. So when Trish returned to show us her designs we were bowled over, they matched our requirements perfectly. So with some trepidation we asked for the quote, having previously sat in a showroom for two hours, mind numbingly watching a quote being put together at a well known supplier, to our surprise all the work was done. Trish simply opened the document and gave us the quote. My Wife and I looked at each other and both wanted to say “yes” immediately but didn’t want to look “too keen” so asked some questions. Everything was clarified in detail and with considerable patience. We decided to proceed and agreed a start date that suited us perfectly. The due day arrived and we met Dave (the Internal Engineer). Everything was explained and with complete confidence we went off to work leaving Dave in charge. Just one short week later we had a new working kitchen that is everything we wanted and so much more. From the design, building work, fitting, communication everything just worked perfectly. The quality of the kitchen, fittings and workmanship is excellent, and Dave always tidied up every night before leaving site. Because of our own long working hours, after Monday we didn’t actually see Dave until Friday, when we made a special effort to get home to see him before he finished. We are writing this almost two weeks after the kitchen was finished, I cunningly waited to see if we would feel as strongly after the initial excitement had gone away. We can honestly say it hasn’t. Our new kitchen has transformed our house. Everything is as close to perfect as we could wish for, we still walk into our new kitchen and say “wow”. We love it and cannot thank Trish and Dave enough for the work they put it on making it as stress free a process as it could possibly be. We are normally very wary of recommending anyone but whole heartedly suggest you use CCI, Trish and Dave, and hope you enjoy a similar experience to us.

CCI has recently designed and installed a new kitchen and also installed new bedroom cupboards. The work was carried out quickly and competently and I am pleased with the results.

If you like the personal touch this is the company to go with. The help with design was excellent. Would recommend to friends.

Trish designed my kitchen in 2002 and I have worked happily in it ever since; it has also been much admired. She involved me in all the detailed decision making and had the work carried out promptly and without fuss. I liked the fact that she used a British firm for the wooden components. All round the experience could not have been better.

We have had two bedrooms from CCI. Trish was always very helpful, visited when suited us, gave excellent advice on layout and design and supplied a very good product and value for money.

We were having difficulty in finding a kitchen designer who would let us fit their kitchen! Very pleased to meet Trish who allowed us to do just that and really helped with ideas for great 'little extras' in a room which did not have much space. Friends still come in and say how much they like it all. We had our last kitchen 22 years and this one will last even longer as it is so well made. Not good for business, Trish!

Very, Very pleased with our kitchen. It's now six years old and still looks like new. The quality is excellent. Everything went to plan with the fitting and the whole kitchen was fitted in less than three days.

I have used CCI twice and have been impressed both times. The quality of the kitchen units was even better than expected. The installation guys both times were superb, and their workmanship was first class.

The planning and design stage were undertaken in a friendly manner by Trish, who paid great attention to detail.
Main installation of our kitchen was completed efficiently by Dave, so that it was operational again as soon as possible. From the moment Trish visited me to discuss my kitchen plans I was confident that I would end up with a fabulous kitchen. My confidence was not misplaced. I am very happy indeed. Trish kept me well informed and was always checking that things were progressing well. The whole kitchen was installed within a week and Dave the fitter was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very helpful and adaptable. As a friend enters their third week of having a kitchen installed I realise how lucky I was to come across CCI! There were a few follow up issues bit these were dealt with efficiently and successfully. I should also have taken Trish’s advice about a composite sink! We contacted Trish at CCI on the recommendation of friends who had had a great new kitchen installed by them. Trish's approach is personal, friendly and extremely professional. She took time to work with us on our initial ideas and helped us work towards our new kitchen which we absolutely love. We were surprised at the short timeline for the project and hugely impressed that every deadline was met and all the work and and materials were of top quality. Having been walked through the 'process' with Wickes and Magnet it was so refreshing to actually meet Trish and have someone understand our needs, however poorly we were able to communicate them, and then put together a design over the following week factoring in as much of our wants as possible. The whole process, from first meeting/consultation, initial design ideas to final design was extremely reassuring, even pleasurable! Trish took time to listen to us, advised and guided us if some of our suggestions were not feasible and then presented a solution that met all of our requirements! Her ability to translate our wishes into a practical solution that was not an 'out of the box' approach was brilliant. CCI also liaised directly with the builders to ensure that all the electrics and plumbing points for the kitchen were in line with the design, so that there were minimal issues with the fitting. And the quality - fantastic!!!! We chose the Lansdown style which is perfect!
We strongly recommend CCI, both in terms of the presonal service afforded to us, the quality of the kitchen but also in price. The bespoke kitchen designed and installed for us was no more expensive than the solutions offered to us by Wickes and Magnet.

CCI designed, supplied & fitted my kitchen in September of 2009 and I would definitely use them again. Trish provides a professional service with the personal touch and Dave single handedly fitted my kitchen! I had a new bedroom fitted last year, 2010, and would thoroughly recommend the quality of the furniture and also the fitting out, which in my case, was done by Dave. He is an incredible and knowledgeable man and his workmanship was second to none. Trish called on me and she did the planning of the room and I am delighted with the finished product. Have used CCI twice now for 2 totally different kitchens, after the first experience we had with CCI when we moved home there was no other choice for us. We are very pleased with the kitchen installed by CCI, which is a very solid high-quality build that will stay looking great for years. The process of designing it was also extremely well-handled: we were given helpful advice on specific areas that we wouldn't necessarily have thought of by ourselves, such as having cupboard doors that open out entirely flat. Finally, the install was carried out to a high standard and all to the agreed timescale & specification, meaning the minimum of disruption to us.

A very professional approach from concept to final installation. Installation engineer was a skilled crafts man who new his craft. Product robust and fit for purpose. Would highly recommend them.

We came across Trish and her team when they installed a kitchen for the village Reading Room and were impressed with their friendly professionalism and getting the task completed properly first time. We approached Trish when we had decided to renew our kitchen, which included installing a new doorway in a relatively fast time scale. The quote was clear and easy to understand, it also represented good value, Delivery was on time and, during the installation, when unexpected items arose they were all handled in a friendly can do way without hassle. The project to replace my dated kitchen was meticulously planned and executed. All the extra jobs that were created by working in a 200 year old building were dealt with in a sensitive manner and with great attention to every detail.I would (and have!) recommend CCI to my friends. We were extremely satisfied with CCI. Trish kept to within our budget (we had just finished an extension to the property and could not overspend) and her advice in relation to our fitted wardrobes with bedside cabinets and unit of drawers was invaluable. No problems with fitting, in fact a very good job. We would certainly use them again.

We're really pleased with our kitchen. From the design through the install Trish was a great help in guiding us through and stopping us making silly decisions whilst giving us the kitchen we wanted! As with all projects there were a few bumps along the way, but these were sorted without any fuss and we've ended up with a high quality kitchen at a really good price!

Even on paper Trish's designs were an exciting look into the future. It took the workmen one day to clear out the old kitchen units, and two-and-a-half days to install the new ones, which fitted beautifully around the existing wall and floor tiles for minimum disruption.

We were more than satisfied both with the quality of the kitchen and the personal service we received. Both from the planning until the final finish which was on time as scheduled we felt all our requests were catered for and the price was excellent value for money.

Trish and the team were great; I was given all the options and was able to make the right decisions figuring out what I liked and what would work for me. Dave the fitter was also brilliant, like all projects some things were smooth and some problems turned up but he was flexible and professional throughout.
